ประกอบธุรกิจ ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจต้องแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าราคาที่เสนอซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์เป็นราคาที่แน่นอน (firm quotation) หรือเป็นราคาที่อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้(indicative quotation)
