The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), through its Transparency Working Group, held a meeting to discuss measures for promoting organizational integrity and transparency in 2025. Mrs. Pornanong Budsaratragoon, SEC Secretary-General and Chairperson of the Working Group, met with executives and relevant departments to review the implementation of these measures and to establish the No Gift Policy for 2025.
