Bangkok, 12 February 2024 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in collaboration with the Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA), has developed a standardized sample of a bondholders
with customers’ asset safekeeping. This is to allow the general public to reap standardized services, while business operators are under proper supervision, in the same level with supervision on
monitoring and coordinating with the business operators, we have found that they have implemented their BCP to manage possible impacts of COVID-19 and opened an alternative site or installed remote working
. The proposal aims to promote a clear understanding and a standardized protocol for monitoring and supervision of digital asset businesses, and to reduce the necessity for case-by-case data
