เงินทุนสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล (Digital Asset Fund Manager) หมายถึง บุคคลซึ่งเข้าจัดการเงินทุน หรือแสดงต่อบุคคลทั่วไปว่าพร้อมจะรับจัดการเงินทุนให้แก่บุคคลอื่น เพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์จากสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล โดยกระทำเป็น

this Notification: (1) “ fund ” means an infrastructure fund; (2) “ management company ” means a securities company holding a license to manage mutual funds; (3) “ infrastructure asset ” means: (a) the

decisions on investment in or disposing of securities or any other asset except real estate, leasehold interest in property or seeking benefits by other methods; “ property fund manager ” means a property

total voting shares; (23) foreign investor having characteristics similar to the investors under (1) to (22); (24) fund manager or derivatives fund manager in accordance with the Notification of the

fund manager who performs the duty of making decisions on investment in or disposing of securities or any other asset except real estate, leasehold interest in property or seeking benefits by other

advisory service, ranging from the level of the department director to the manager; “department director” means any person who is responsible for the internal operation of a department in the company
