ทุนในระบบ fast track ตามที่สำนักงานได้ออกประกาศสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ที่ สช. 39/2553 เรื่อง การให้ความเห็นชอบผู้สอบบัญชีในตลาดทุน ลงวันที่ 23 กันยายน
อนุมัติจัดตั้งกองทุนรวมสามารถทำได้ 2 แบบ คือ (1) การยื่นคำขอแบบปกติ ซึ่ง ก.ล.ต. จะดำเนินการพิจารณาคำขอให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน (2) การยื่นคำขอแบบ fast track โดยต้องเป็นกองทุนรวมที่มี
บลจ. เสนอขายกองทุนรวมได้สอดคล้องกับตลาดและผู้ลงทุนได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุด
