(1) กองทุนรวมต้องมีลักษณะเป็นไปตาม Memorandum of Cooperation on the Establishment and Implementation of the Asia Region Funds Passport (“MOC”) (2) บลจ. ได้
รวมที่มีการเสนอขายหน่วยลงทุนทั้งหมดให้แก่บุคคลซึ่งไม่มีภูมิลำเนาในประเทศไทย บริษัทจัดการอาจจัดทำงบการเงินให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีของ International Accounting Standards Board หรือ American Institution
Board หรือ American Institution of Certified Public Accountants หรือ Financial Accounting Standards Board โดยงบการเงินดังกล่าวต้องมีการตรวจสอบและแสดงความเห็นโดยผู้สอบบัญชีที่สามารถประกอบธุรกิจการเป็นผู้
บัญชีของ International Accounting Standards Board หรือ American Institution of Certified Public Accountants หรือ Financial Accounting Standards Board โดยงบการเงินดังกล่าวต้องมีการตรวจสอบและแสดงความเห็นโดย

Establishment and Implementation of the Asia Region Funds Passport (MOC) และบริษัทจัดการกองทุนรวมได้รับเอกสารที่แสดงการมีลักษณะดังกล่าวจากสำนักงานเพื่อนำไปแสดงต่อหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่ลงนามร่วมกันใน MOC แล้ว
Cooperation on the Establishment and Implementation of the Asia Region Funds Passport (MOC) และบริษัทจัดการกองทุนรวมได้รับเอกสารที่แสดงการมีลักษณะดังกล่าวจากสำนักงานเพื่อนำไปแสดงต่อหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่ลงนามร่วม
