ลงทุนในลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้ สำนักงานจะถือว่าเป็นประเทศที่มีการกำกับดูแลตลาดทุนที่ได้รับการยอมรับ ทั้งนี้ ตามประกาศเกี่ยวกับหลักทรัพย์ต่างประเทศประเภทหน่วยลงทุน ประเภทของหน่วยลงทุน
(1) กองทุนรวมต้องมีลักษณะเป็นไปตาม Memorandum of Cooperation on the Establishment and Implementation of the Asia Region Funds Passport (“MOC”) (2) บลจ. ได้
Establishment and Implementation of the Asia Region Funds Passport (MOC) และบริษัทจัดการกองทุนรวมได้รับเอกสารที่แสดงการมีลักษณะดังกล่าวจากสำนักงานเพื่อนำไปแสดงต่อหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่ลงนามร่วมกันใน MOC แล้ว
Cooperation on the Establishment and Implementation of the Asia Region Funds Passport (MOC) และบริษัทจัดการกองทุนรวมได้รับเอกสารที่แสดงการมีลักษณะดังกล่าวจากสำนักงานเพื่อนำไปแสดงต่อหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลที่ลงนามร่วม
Passport กองทุนรวมดังกล่าวต้องมีลักษณะเป็นไปตาม Memorandum of Cooperation on the Establishment and Implementation of the Asia Region Funds Passport (MOC) และบริษัทจัดการกองทุนรวมได้รับเอกสารที่แสดงการมี
Economic Cooperation : APEC) ที่ได้รับความเห็นชอบและอยู่ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลหลักที่ลงนามร่วมกันใน Memorandum of Cooperation on the Establishment and Implementation of the Asia Region Funds
