ชอบในการดำเนินการ กรอบความร่วมมือตาม (3) เช่น Memorandum of Understanding on Streamlined Authorization Framework for Cross-border Public Offers of ASEAN Collective Investment
) และ (2) และวรรคสอง (1) และ (2) หรือตามที่ได้รับการผ่อนผันตามข้อ 11 วรรคสาม โดยอนุโลม ข้อ 12/14ꃂ 숀 บริษัทจัดการกองทุนรวมจะเสนอขายหน่วยลงทุนของกองทุนรวมภายใต้โครงการ Cross-border
โครงการ Cross-border Public Offers of ASEAN Collective Investment Schemes หรือ โครงการ Asia Region Funds Passport ได้ต่อเมื่อเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ดังต่อไปนี้ (1)ꃂ 䌀ᤎĎ⌎ጎ㔎Ď㈎⌎䀎⨎ᤎⴎȎ㈎∎㈎∎䌎ᔎ䤎䈎Ў⌎Ď㈎⌎䌀爀
