ขาดความเหมาะสมหรือความน่าเชื่อถือในการประกอบธุรกิจการจัดอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือ หรือไม่ดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามหลักปฏิบัติในการประกอบธุรกิจการจัดอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือที่กำหนดโดย International Organization of
