ก.ล.ต. เปิดรับฟังความคิดเห็นร่างประกาศเกี่ยวกับร่างแบบฟอร์มมาตรฐาน (single form) มาใช้สำหรับการเปิดบัญชีเพื่อลงทุนในผลิตภัณฑ์ในตลาดทุน เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวก และลดภาระในการกรอกข้อมูลแก่ผู้ลงทุน

การเสนอหลักการนำแบบฟอร์มที่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน (single form) มาใช้สำหรับธุรกรรมในตลาดทุนทั้งอุตสาหกรรม เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวก และลดภาระในการกรอกข้อมูลแก่ผู้ลงทุน รวมถึงการจัดทำข้อมูลของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจ
