ขึ้น- เพิ่มคุณภาพข้อมูลสำหรับประกอบการตัดสินใจ โดยปรับหนังสือชี้ชวนส่วนสรุปสำคัญ (factsheet) ให้สั้น กระชับใน 1 หน้า และกำหนดแถบความเสี่ยง (risk scale) เพื่อช่วยให้เปรียบเทียบความเสี่ยงระหว่างตราสารได้
