Limited (the “Company”), held on November 11 2019, has resolved to approve the investment in N.E.X.T Company Limited (“NEXT”); a company engaging in the business of advertising service on voice media, event
service on voice media, event and concert organizer, by (1) acquisition of 4,750,000 shares at par value of 10 Baht per share, equivalent to 100.00 percent of the total shares of NEXT, from the existing
