เว้นแต่เป็น หน่วย Infra ของกองทุนที่มีลักษณะครบถ้วน ดังนี้ โดยได้รับความเห็นชอบจากส านักงาน ก.ล.ต. (1) มีขนาดเล็ก (2) จัดต้ังขึ้นใหม่โดยมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี (3) เสนอขายต่อผู้ลงทุนในวงกว้าง - หน่วย Property
