and innovation to enhance developmental efficiency, supervision and investor protection appropriately in all aspects. Regarding digital assets, SEC must closely monitor and supervise digital asset
with the industry alliance to promote sufficient savings for post-retirement well-being. Another key achievement was the enactment of the law and regulations governing digital asset businesses to set up
/CDD standards. In 2025, the SEC enhanced KYC/CDD standards for digital asset business operators. Building on this effort, the SEC now intends to establish consistent supervisory guidelines for
suspicious financial transactions. We continuously join forces with the BOT, the AMLO, and the CIB to enhance the oversight of digital asset business operators in their role
