Bangkok, March 22, 2016 ? The SEC is seeking public comments on the proposals to amend several provisions of the Securities and Exchange Act (SEA) B.E. 2535 (1992) and the Provident Fund (PVD) Act
regulations for licensing securities and derivatives businesses. This hearing invites business operators and the public to send comments and/or suggestions on the draft regulations, with the key points as
business operators engaging in digital asset activities. The comments and recommendations provided by respondents have been considered in the review of the proposed principles. The SEC is therefore
amendments. The SEC has taken the public and stakeholders’ comments and recommendations into consideration. On 15 August 2023, the SEC Board Meeting No. 13/2566 approved the proposed amendments in
a crime. The SEC has drafted relevant regulations by taking into consideration the comments and recommendations received from business operators and the general public concerning the aforementioned
