สินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล (Digital Asset Advisory Service) หมายถึง บุคคลซึ่งให้คำแนะนำแก่ประชาชนไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือทางอ้อมเกี่ยวกับคุณค่าของสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลหรือความเหมาะสมในการลงทุนที่เกี่ยวกับสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลนั้น
