Following the announcement of BX (which formerly operated in digital asset exchange business) that its business operations will completely shut down on 3 April 2020 which means it will stop
service and digital asset fund manager to the scope of digital asset business under supervision of the Digital Asset Business Law, to ensure the SEC’s appropriate supervision of digital asset businesses
regulation of digital asset businesses to enhance effective supervision of digital assets. The event took place on 24 January 2025 in Chiangmai Province.
