ธรรมเนียม exit fee (ถ้ามี) จึงขอความร่วมมือบริษัทจัดการจัดทำข้อมูลรายละเอียดโครงการในส่วน 1.2 และ 1.3ให้สำนักงานในรูปของ Microsoft word และไม่ต้องยื่นรายละเอียดโครงการเฉพาะส่วน 1.2 และ 1.3ꃂᰀ䠎㈎ᤎ

พ.ร.บ.หลักทรัพย์ฯ ซึ่งสำนักงานจะพิจารณาเป็น case by case  ทั้งนี้ ในทางปฏิบัติที่ผ่านมา หาก บลจ. มีเหตุผลความจำเป็นที่เพียงพอในการแก้ไขโครงการและเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ถือหน่วยลงทุนที่ไม่เห็นด้วย สามารถ exit

ถือหน่วยลงทุนในการขายคืน (exit without fee) และบลจ. จะต้องแจ้งรายละเอียดการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโครงการไปยังผู้ถือหน่วยลงทุนทุกรายประกาศในหนังสือพิมพ์รายวันแห่งท้องถิ่นอย่างน้อย 1 ฉบับ รวมทั้งแจ้งวันที่โครงการ

แผนการรองรับการออกจากโครงการทดสอบ (exit strategy) ที่ชัดเจน เช่น การใช้กระบวนการที่ผ่านการทดสอบแล้วกับลูกค้าในวงกว้าง การดำเนินการกับลูกค้าที่อยู่ภายใต้การทดสอบในกรณีการทดสอบไม่สำเร็จและต้องใช้กระบวนการ
