หรือตราสารเทียบเท่าเงินฝาก รวมกันทุกขณะไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 80 ของมูลค่าทรัพย์สินสุทธิ ทั้งนี้ อายุเฉลี่ยของตราสาร ทั้งหมดที่กองทุนลงทุน (Portfolio duration) ใกล้เคียงกับอายุโครงการ นอกจากนี้ กองทุนอาจลงทุน
ทุนรวมตราสารหนี้ หนังสือชี้ชวนที่จัดทำใหม่ทุกรอบระยะเวลาบัญชี ให้เป็นไปตามข้อ 49 และต้องแสดงรายการเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลอายุเฉลี่ยของทรัพย์สินที่กองทุนรวมลงทุน (portfolio duration) ซึ่งได้จากการคำนวณ
