In order to leverage the market leading position in Thailand and expand to overseas markets, Osotspa will acquire 60% ownership in Osotspa VTA Joint Stock Company to carry out the trading business of
securities in the Stock Exchange through the Securities Trading System set up by the Stock Exchange; “Stock Exchange” means the Stock Exchange of Thailand; “Office” means the Office of the Securities and
securities price which is the last market price as declared by the Stock Exchange or a securities trading center is incorrect, and the mutual fund supervisor has certified the existence of such cause; (b) In
offer for all securities of the business; (8) “business” means a company whose securities are listed on the stock exchange, a company whose securities are traded in the securities trading center, or a
securities trading system and other relevant systems of the Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, an information technology system is necessary for securities clearing houses and central securities depositories to
Company’s shares trading on the stock exchange of not fewer seven consecutive business days prior to the date that the Board of Directors’ of the company has resolved to propose Shareholders’ Meeting to
its newly issued ordinary shares as listed securities for trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. 5. Objectives of the capital increase and plans for utilizing proceeds received from the capital
