Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) โดยเป็นพหุภาคีประเภท Signatory A ใน Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Consultation and Cooperation and the Exchange of Information (MMOU) 

หนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้       (ก)  เป็นสมาชิกของ International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) โดยเป็นพหุภาคีประเภท Signatory A ใน Multilateral

;   (ก)  เป็นสมาชิกของ International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) โดยเป็นพหุภาคีประเภท Signatory A ใน Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Consultation and

)  เป็นสมาชิกของ International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) โดยเป็นพหุภาคีประเภท Signatory A ใน Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding Concerning Consultation and Cooperation and

      (ก)  เป็นสมาชิกของ International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) โดยเป็นพหุภาคีประเภท

ไทยได้ โดยหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลนั้นเข้าลักษณะอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้       (ก)  เป็นสมาชิกของ International Organization
