Investment Schemes ให้บริษัทจัดการกองทุนรวมได้รับยกเว้นการปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดในประกาศนี้ โดยต้องจัดการลงทุนและปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขภายใต้กรอบการลงทุนที่เป็นที่ยอมรับตาม Part II: the Product
