managers of DA operators. The SEC has reviewed and considered the comments and recommendations received from both sessions in drafting the relevant regulations to ensure more appropriate and consistent
investors entitled to invest on secondary markets, when drafting the relevant rules that will add alternatives for SMEs and startups to access funds through the capital market. It is expected that these
applies to offences relating to offering of digital tokens or undertaking of digital asset businesses without approval. Meanwhile, the SEC is drafting associated regulations and other relevant laws to
trading, front running, market manipulation. Offering of digital tokens or undertaking of digital asset businesses without approval are also punishable under the Decree. Meanwhile, the SEC is drafting
