หรือหน่วยงานที่ทำหน้าที่กำกับดูแลสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้าซึ่งเป็นสมาชิกสามัญของ International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) ที่มีการกำกับดูแลการประกอบ

Securities Commissions 3มาตรา 89/12 กำหนดให้ต้องได้รับอนุมัติจากที่ประชุมผู้ถือหน่วยของอีทีเอฟต่างประเทศ
