ตามที่ ก.ล.ต. มีแนวทางในการส่งเสริมผู้ให้บริการรับฝากสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล (Digital Asset Custodial Wallet Provider : DA Custodian) ให้มีจำนวนมากขึ้น โดยสนับสนุนผู้ให้บริการดังกล่าวให้มีต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม
ก.ล.ต. เปิดรับฟังความคิดเห็นหลักเกณฑ์ DR เกี่ยวกับ global custodian
ยกเว้นให้ผู้ออกและเก็บรักษา DA ให้กับลูกค้า ไม่ถือเป็น DA custodian
