first half ended 30 June 2019 as follow: 1. Sales revenues For the second quarter ended 30 June 2020, the Company’s sale revenues were USD 712.60 million (or equivalent to Baht 22,592.62 million), which

June 30 ,2018 showed that the net profit amount of 37 million baht had decrease 4 million baht equivalent 11%, Less than from the same period of last year. Therefore the company would like to clarify

as mentioned above, the Company’s sales revenue was Baht 139.11 million. It decreased Baht 138.71 million or equivalent to 49.93% compared to previous year. Cost of goods sold amount to Baht 75.41

Subsidiary, having voting right equivalent to 44.19 percent of total voting rights of the Subsidiary and thus, the Subsidiary will cease to be a subsidiary of the Company and JMT will hold 4.92 percent of

investors. However, the underwriter is required to purchase those shares at a later date, resulting in higher demand when share price is below initial public offering price. In contrary, higher number of

core company distributing mobile phone and its accessories was affected by competition from competitors in the industry. The sales in previous year were equivalent to 9,202 million baht. The number of
