subsidiaries had profit before interest and tax of Baht 34.93 million. After deducting the financial expense of Baht 1.16 million and income tax of Baht 6.58 million and adding the share of income from
costs control measurement on both service costs and administrative expenses as well as the lower financial costs, the Company’s net profit was Bt144mn, decreasing of 1.1% YoY. As at the end of 3Q19, the
amount of the net assets, net liabilities or profit or loss before tax, respectively, of the group for any of the two most recent completed financial years, including its name, country of incorporation or
