โครงการจัดการกองทุนรวม (“โครงการฯ”) ให้แล้วเสร็จก่อนประกาศมีผลใช้บังคับ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจัดการสามารถแก้ไขโครงการฯ ด้วยวิธี fast track โดยในคำขอแก้ไขโครงการฯ ให้ระบุวันที่มีผลใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่
