Linkage. ?The Ministry of Finance has recently issued ministerial regulation on exemption of capital gain tax from selling of securities listed on exchanges in ASEAN members and traded through SET trading
issues for the SEC Board?s further consideration: (1) the necessity for amendment to the SEC Governance and Code of Conducts; and (2) the necessity for prohibiting SEC Board members from holding positions
obtaining bounty and gratuity, for instance. In this regard, Commissioners, Board members, top management and staffs of the SEC, the Stock Exchange of Thailand and over-the-counter center are not entitled to
countries, namely Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, currently not regulated by members of International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) or not traded on the member markets of the World Federation of
