ใช้วิธี commitment approach โดยกำหนดอัตราส่วนการลงทุนใน derivatives ไม่เกิน 100% ของ NAV ทั้งนี้ การคำนวณตามวิธี commitment approach เป็น ดังนี้

; (ก) เกินกว่า 2 เท่าของตัวชี้วัดของกองทุนรวม (benchmark) สำหรับกรณีที่เป็นการคำนวณโดยใช้วิธี relative VaR approach (ข) เกินกว่าร้อยละ 20 ของมูลค่าทรัพย์สิน
