แก้ไขโครงการจัดการกองทุนรวมเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดใหม่ตามข้อนี้โดยวิธี fast track ได้
บริษัทจัดการสามารถขอความเห็นชอบสำนักงานในการแก้ไขโครงการโดยใช้ fast track ได้ โดยบริษัทจัดการจะต้องมีหนังสือรับรองจากบุคคลที่ได้รับการยกเว้นหรือผ่อนผันว่ารับทราบสิทธิของตนที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปเป็นเอกสาร
โครงการจัดการกองทุนรวม (“โครงการฯ”) ให้แล้วเสร็จก่อนประกาศมีผลใช้บังคับ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจัดการสามารถแก้ไขโครงการฯ ด้วยวิธี fast track โดยในคำขอแก้ไขโครงการฯ ให้ระบุวันที่มีผลใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่
fast track โดยไม่ชักช้า แต่ทั้งนี้ไม่เกิน 3 เดือนนับแต่วันที่ประกาศมีผลใช้บังคับ และขอให้ปรับปรุงหนังสือชี้ชวนและเอกสารประกอบการขายให้เป็นไปตามโครงการที่ได้แก้ไขด้วย จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดทราบ
สำนักงานในการแก้ไขโครงการอันได้แก่ข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับการจัดสรรหน่วยลงทุน การโอนหน่วยลงทุน และข้อจำกัดในการจัดสรรและการโอนตลอดจนผลของการไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดดังกล่าว แบบ fast track ได้ ซึ่งเป็นการแก้ไขโครงการ
