หลักเกณฑ์ และวิธีการเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนในหลักทรัพย์เพื่อบริษัท (proprietary trading)("ประกาศ prop trade") โดยเพิ่มหลักเกณฑ์การควบคุมการลงทุนในบัญชีประเภท day trade ซึ่งมีผลใช้บังคับเมื่อวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน
เพื่อเป็นทรัพย์สินของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจ (proprietary trading) จัดให้มีระบบบริหารจัดการและระบบบริหารความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการลงทุนดังกล่าว โดยอย่างน้อยต้องดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามแนวทาง
หน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายเท่านั้น รวมทั้งต้องไม่มีลักษณะงานหรือตำแหน่งงานที่มีความขัดแย้งทางผลประโยชน์ เช่น ผู้ที่ทำหน้าที่ในการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์เพื่อบัญชีบริษัท (proprietary trading) เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้ บริษัท
กับการลงทุนในหรือมีไว้ซึ่งหลักทรัพย์หรือทรัพย์สินอื่นเพื่อเป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัทจัดการ (proprietary trading) ด้วย 4. วันเริ่มต้นถือปฏิบัติ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1
