รับอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้าที่เว็บไซต์ของ ก.ล.ต. www.sec.or.th หรือดูรายชื่อของนิติบุคคลที่มิใช่ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของ ก.ล.ต. ได้ที่เว็บไซต์ของ ก.ล.ต. หัวข้อ Investor Alert
ได้แก่ SEC Check First ตรวจสอบผู้ประกอบธุรกิจหรือผู้แนะนำที่ได้รับอนุญาต SEC Investor Alert ตรวจสอบรายชื่อบุคคลหรือองค์กรที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เว็บไซต์ Scam Center ศูนย์รวมข้อมูลการหลอกลงทุนในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ
