ที่ออกใหม่ต่อประชาชนเป็นครั้งแรก (บริษัท IPO) เพื่อให้มีความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบในการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินและระบบการควบคุมภายใน ซึ่งจะทำให้งบการเงินของบริษัทมีคุณภาพมาก
