เป็นสมาชิกของ International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) (2)  ไม่มีสถานประกอบธุรกิจในประเทศไทยไม่ว่าในรูปแบบใด  เว้นแต่

  โดยประเทศเหล่านั้นต้องมีหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลด้านหลักทรัพย์และตลาดซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ เป็นสมาชิกสามัญของ International Organizations of Securities Commission (IOSCO)  หรือมีตลาดซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์เป็น

ของกองทุน  โดยประเทศเหล่านั้นต้องมีหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลด้านหลักทรัพย์และตลาดซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ เป็นสมาชิกสามัญของ International Organizations of Securities Commission (IOSCO)  หรือมีตลาดซื้อขายหลัก

ของ International Organizations of Securities Commission (IOSCO)  หรือมีตลาดซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์เป็นสมาชิกของ World Federations of Exchange (WFE)  ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจัดการอาจลงทุนหรือมีไว้ซึ่ง
